Flight: For flight travelers, try to find a seat to Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, situated in between Gothenburg and Borås. Airlines with cheap flight-tickets such as Ryanair or Wizzair have many scheduled flights from there, as well as some of the classic airlines. 

From there, try to find a connecting bus using Swebus, Nettbuss or FlixBus to Borås. Otherwise, local transport can be used, use https://www.vasttrafik.se and search from "Landvetter Flygplats" to "Borås Resecentrum". Preferrably use bus service 612 and 101 to save some money compared to the more expensive "Flygbussarna" airport coaches. Lastly taxi-cabs can be an option, but remember that it is rather expensive in Sweden. 

Public Transport: Borås train station is located only 850 meters from the venue served by both local and regional services by bus and train. For local travelling within the western parts of Sweden, check https://www.vasttrafik.se for details. For regional travelling within Sweden and the nordic countries, please check https://www.sj.se for train seats. Remember that bus also could be an option so it could be worth checking Nettbuss, Swebus and FlixBus for cheap tickets as well.
